Are you feeling sad, lost or anxious?  NTT, offers a range of talking therapies that can help you feel better. 

Talking therapies, or psychological therapies, are effective treatments delivered by fully trained and accredited NHS practitioners. They can help with common mental health problems like stress, anxiety and depression. NTT is open to anyone aged 18 or over who is registered with a West Sussex GP and is experiencing a common mental health problem.

NTT are working in partnership with the Wellbeing team to provide sessions with a therapist on the Bishop Otter Campus. 

Referrals

To be referred to the service, please book a Wellbeing Advice and Guidance appointment to discuss your needs with a Wellbeing Adviser. The Wellbeing Adviser will assess your suitability for the service and refer on your behalf.

Alternatively, you can self-refer via the NHS Talking Therapies Website. Upon receiving your referral form, you will be offered a telephone appointment with a practitioner to assess your suitability for the service.
