two spinners spinning wildly

The ADHD Student Support group is for anyone who has received a diagnosis of ADHD or suspects that they have some of the characteristics of ADHD. It is a good opportunity to meet other people and share experiences.  The group is friendly, and you can join in as much or as little as you'd like.

The group is a safe space to share thoughts, explore support options, signpost to external services and develop a range of support strategies, including:  Study skills, time management, money management, relationships, stress management.  There is a rolling programme of guest speakers at key points in the academic year.
