Life Centre
Lifecentre is a charity that works with anybody who has had an unwanted sexual experience. We welcome clients of any age, gender or background to help them unlock the past, survive the present and reclaim their future. We offer specialised one to one therapy as well as a helpline and have recently started running support groups for survivors at the University.

We're here, day or night, for anyone who is struggling to cope and needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure. Samaritans is not only for the moment of crisis, we're taking action to prevent the crisis. We offer listening and emotional support to people in times of need.
The Young People's Shop
Free Counselling, Emotional Support, Advice and Guidance to any young person aged between 11 and 25 years old in Chichester and surrounding areas.

West Sussex Mind
West Sussex Mind is a local, independent mental health charity – affiliated to, but separate from, national Mind. It has three main areas of work: it supports people with their mental health; provides specialist mental health training; and campaigns to improve services and promote greater understanding around mental health.
Young Adult Carers - Carers Support West Sussex
We provide support to 18-25 year olds looking after a family member or friend who depends on their help. What you do is so important but it shouldn’t stop you achieving things for yourself. We can offer one to one support, financial grants, benefits advice and free counselling as well as accessing information about employment and training. If you need to speak to someone in confidence, we are here to listen.
